17. Refund Policy
Scoore.ai provides digital access to premium football insights. Refunds are only granted in cases of a verified technical issue on Scoore.ai’s side.
Refunds will not be provided for:
- User error, misunderstanding of the service, or lack of usage.
- Subscription auto-renewals not canceled before the renewal date.
Requests must be submitted within 3 calendar days of purchase via email to hi@scoore.ai, including proof of payment and details of the issue.
18. Cancellation Policy
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle.
You can cancel anytime through your account dashboard before renewal to avoid future charges.Cancellations are manually reviewed and processed within 1–3 business days.
Access remains active until the end of the paid term; no partial refunds are issued for unused time.
19. Billing and Membership Provider (Patreon)
Scoore.ai uses Patreon as its authorized billing and membership provider.
All payments, renewals, and cancellations are handled directly through Patreon under their Terms of Use.
By connecting your Patreon account, you authorize Scoore.ai to verify your membership status, tier, and payment confirmation solely to grant or manage access to premium content. Scoore.ai does not process, store, or access your Patreon payment data.
If your Patreon membership expires, pauses, or is canceled, your Scoore.ai access will automatically end at the conclusion of your paid period.
Membership Access
Access to premium features and content on Scoore.ai is provided through an active Patreon membership, which serves as a way to support the project and its continued development.
Patreon acts as the official platform for managing memberships and processing contributions.
Any external website or app (such as Scoore.ai) functions only as an extension of the Patreon experience, where members can view and interact with their exclusive content.
Scoore.ai operates as an independent analytics platform, while Patreon provides a trusted system for membership access and community support.
20. Restricted Jurisdictions and Sanctions Compliance
20.1. Access to Scoore.ai and its Services is strictly prohibited for any individual or entity located in, resident of, or otherwise associated with jurisdictions subject to international sanctions, including but not limited to russia, belarus, iran, north korea, syria, cuba, sudan, venezuela, and any other territory listed by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), the European Union, or the United Nations.
20.2. Users are responsible for ensuring that their access to Scoore.ai does not violate any applicable sanctions, embargoes, or trade restrictions. Any attempt to access or use the Service from a sanctioned region — whether directly or through circumvention tools (including VPNs or proxy servers) — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
20.3. Scoore.ai reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate access to the Service, as well as to cancel or reverse transactions, if there is a reasonable suspicion or confirmation that a User is operating from or on behalf of a restricted jurisdiction.
20.4. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are not located in or acting on behalf of any person or entity listed on any applicable sanctions list, including but not limited to the OFAC SDN List, the EU Consolidated Sanctions List, or the UK Sanctions List.
