Scoore.ai subscriptions are managed through Patreon.
All billing actions – upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations – are handled directly on Patreon.
This guide explains how to change your subscription tier, cancel your subscription, or permanently delete your Scoore.ai account and personal data.
Changing Your Scoore.ai Subscription Tier
If Scoore.ai offers multiple membership tiers, you can change your plan at any time via Patreon.
On Desktop / Web
- Log in to your Patreon account
- Make sure you are viewing your Member profile
- Go to Memberships from the left-side menu
- Select Scoore.ai
- Open the Membership tab
- Scroll to Upgrade your membership
- Choose a higher tier or click More tiers to select a lower one
- Click Change tier
- Review the details and confirm with Subscribe now
After upgrading, access on Scoore.ai usually updates automatically.
In some cases, it may take up to 30 minutes for changes to fully apply due to synchronization between Patreon and Scoore.ai.
On Mobile App
Follow these steps while viewing your Member profile in the Patreon app.
You can check or switch profiles by tapping your profile image in the top-right corner and using Switch to.
- Open the Patreon app
- Scroll through the creators listed at the top of the Home screen
- Double-tap on Scoore.ai
- Tap the three-dot menu in the top-right corner
- Select Your membership
- Tap Edit membership
- Tap Change membership
- Tap Join on the tier you want and follow the on-screen prompts
Important (iOS users):
If your membership was created using iOS in-app purchases, it must be edited through the Patreon iOS app.
If you no longer have access to an iOS device, you can cancel your membership via web or mobile web and then re-subscribe on your new device.
Canceling Your Scoore.ai Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time directly through Patreon.
On Desktop / Web
- Log in to your Patreon account
- Switch to your Member profile (if applicable)
- Open Settings from the left-side menu
- Go to the Memberships tab
- Locate your Scoore.ai membership and click View Details
- Click Cancel membership and confirm
- Choose whether to stay connected as a free member or turn this option off
- Click Save and continue
- (Optional) Complete the anonymous exit survey
Your access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
No further charges will be made after that.
On Mobile App
- Open the Patreon app and switch to your Member profile
- Scroll through the creators listed at the top of the Home screen
- Tap Scoore.ai
- Tap the three dots icon in the top-right corner
- Select Your membership
- Tap Edit membership, then Cancel membership
- Scroll down and tap Confirm cancellation
- Manage the free membership option and tap Save and Continue
- (Optional) Complete the anonymous exit survey
Deleting Your Scoore.ai Account and Personal Data
If you want to permanently remove your Scoore.ai account and all associated personal data, you can do this directly from Scoore.ai.
How to Delete Your Account:
- Log in to your Scoore.ai account
- Go to Account Settings
- Click Delete My Account
- Confirm the action
Once confirmed:
- Your account and personal data are permanently deleted
- This action is irreversible
Important:
Deleting your Scoore.ai account does not automatically cancel your Patreon subscription.
Please cancel your subscription on Patreon first to avoid future charges.
Important Information
- Scoore.ai does not process payments directly
- All billing and tier changes are managed by Patreon
- Subscription cancellation and account deletion are separate actions
- Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
- You can re-subscribe or create a new Scoore.ai account at any time
