If the Patreon website does not load at all or shows connection errors, the issue is usually network- or region-related.

Confirm the Issue

Before using an alternative option, please make sure that:

  • https://www.patreon.com does not open on your device
  • The issue persists across browsers or networks
  • You cannot complete the subscription process

Once the transaction is confirmed, we will manually activate your subscription.

Activation usually takes up to 15 minutes, but is often much faster.

If Patreon becomes available again in your region, you can switch back at any time. Just contact support and we’ll help you with the transition.
