Scoore.ai provides digital access to premium football insights. Refunds are only granted in cases of a verified technical issue on Scoore.ai’s side.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. You can cancel anytime through your account dashboard before renewal to avoid future charges.
Cancellations are manually reviewed and processed within 1–3 business days. Access remains active until the end of the paid term; no partial refunds are issued for unused time.
Scoore.ai uses Patreon as its authorized billing and membership provider. All payments, renewals, and cancellations are handled directly through Patreon under their Terms of Use.
By connecting your Patreon account, you authorize Scoore.ai to verify your membership status, tier, and payment confirmation solely to grant or manage access to premium content. Scoore.ai does not process, store, or access your Patreon payment data.
If your Patreon membership expires, pauses, or is canceled, your Scoore.ai access will automatically end at the conclusion of your paid period.
Membership Access: Access to premium features and content on Scoore.ai is provided through an active Patreon membership, which serves as a way to support the project and its continued development. Patreon acts as the official platform for managing memberships and processing contributions.
Scoore.ai uses NowPayments as an authorized cryptocurrency payment provider. All crypto payments are processed directly through NowPayments under their Terms of Service.
Accepted cryptocurrencies and available networks are determined by NowPayments at the time of transaction. Scoore.ai does not store, process, or have access to your wallet address or private key data.
All cryptocurrency payments are final and non-refundable. Due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions, Scoore.ai is unable to issue refunds for any payments made via cryptocurrency — under any circumstances, including user error, duplicate payments, or incorrect wallet addresses.
By completing a crypto payment, you acknowledge and accept that the transaction is permanent and that no refund will be issued.
If your crypto payment is not confirmed within the expected timeframe, contact us at hi@scoore.ai with your transaction hash and payment details.
20.1. Access to Scoore.ai is strictly prohibited for any individual or entity located in, resident of, or otherwise associated with jurisdictions subject to international sanctions, including but not limited to:

20.2. Users are responsible for ensuring that their access does not violate any applicable sanctions, embargoes, or trade restrictions. 20.3. Scoore.ai reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate access to the Service, as well as to cancel or reverse transactions, if there is reasonable suspicion that a User is operating from a restricted jurisdiction.
20.4. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are not located in or acting on behalf of any person or entity listed on the OFAC SDN List, the EU Consolidated Sanctions List, or the UK Sanctions List.
